Why would a bank offer financial assistance?
If you qualify for a loan - perhaps they will give you a loan. That needs to be paid back.
Other than that - banks have no programs to subsidize anyone.

The bank won't help you if you don't make enough money to pay them back. Tell them you are in financial difficulties and they will politely tell you to come back when you get that problem solved on your own.
If you can't afford your life style then it is time to scale back so that what you earn is enough to pay the bills.
