High School Party Question?
Hey,
Just a hypothetical question ... If i were to go to a highschool party and it were to get busted by the cops, however I have not consumed any drugs or alcohol, would I be in trouble with the law ??
No answers like you shouldnt go to a party please :)
Edit : This would not be a party at my place or anything, it would be at someone elses place and i would just be there ... not engaging in anything illegal

There's no reason why you would be in trouble with the law if you're not consuming drugs or alcohol. The person providing the drugs or alcohol would most likely get into trouble. But also people consuming would be in trouble too.

Actually, yes. But only if the party had any sort of drugs, alcohol etc. It is a MIP (minor in possession) if you get busted. It is very serious, and MIPs follow you everywhere. It its do easy for colleges, employers, etc to look these things up. Even if no minor has, or consumed any of it. Even if out is the parents alcohol, if the cops come, you could get busted fire being a MIP, even if you our anyone else, has not had any.

I dont think so I mean what then theres going to be like 100 kids thatll be "in trouble with the law"
