It's sacred to us, so we don't just talk about it. Plus, who(besides prostitutes) do you know that is willing to talk about their underwear to a complete stranger?
Anyways, here's an explanation of what the undergarments are:
Also you are pretty ignorant of my religion it seems. We don't believe we get our own planet nor will we have "hundreds of women". Most of us will have one wife. Those who practiced plural marriage in the 1800's will have more than one and those who get married to a second wife(or more) in this life because their previous wife died could have more than one. For the most part, most men will have one though. You ought to go look at reliable sources for LDS beliefs, such as Mormon.org, LDS.org, jefflindsay.com, lightplanet.com, or mormonwiki.com
I don't know if you're just honestly ignorant and you heard these terms from bigots or you, yourself are a bigot, but you should understand why she hung up. Everything you said was disrespectful and sounded bigoted(whether you meant it that way or not it came off as that way) so she hung up because we have to deal with bigotry like that quite often. The way you should have worded it if you were genuinely asking is this:
"What is the significance of the sacred undergarments that LDS wear and why do you wear them?" And "what do devout and obedient Mormons receive in the after life? Who will they live with?"

1-- You sound like a filthy pervert asking some lady at church about her underwear.
2-- Mormon men can have sex with their wives and no one else. Mormon men cannot ADD wives after the resurrection. "There is no marrying in the resurrection". Therefore, whoever you are sealed to at death is who you have for eternity. There is no adding.
Glad to clarify. Not for you, you're obviously a moronic troll who spends his day handling himself and drinking battery fluid, but for the people who stumble across this question and genuinely want to know the truth.

The last answer was a good one, try calling a bunch of churches in the area, Baptists, Catholics, Lutherans, etc.. and see if they'll talk about it. Ask them about their funny underwear, but more especially ask them if there are men and women in Heaven. Because most Christians believe we will be genderless like ken and barbie dolls.

Can you imagine a different response if you called anyone else and asked about their underwear? Mormons aren't the one with issues about underwear, you are.

The under garment we wear is a reminder of the covenant we made with God.
(Similar to the collar the Catholic priest wear)
We regarded it sacred, so we do not talk about it to people who do not understand or respect it.
Your question in your phone call, it is disrespectful, anyone who believes such nonsense and illogical ideas, and even ask someone about it, shows that you are very disrespectful of others.

What is it with perverts that keep asking about other people's underwear? That really isn't normal, you know.
You, my friend, are why children should not be allowed to use their parents computer unsupervised.

An I bet the baptists would do the same. Try it sometime if you don't believe me.

They're some pretty strange dudes, those Mormons.
There is no other religion that takes undergarments so seriously.
