she seems to mention him alot recently and goes to alot of work dues without me and hes there as he works with her
he seems camp but shes stated several occactions out the blue about how people say hes gay an acts gay but HES NOT

Maybe she wants to keep her personal life separate from her work life... which is completely understandable. I'm a different person at work, than I am with my girlfriend. I'd hate to be a super-serious douchebag around my girlfriend because really that isn't who I am.
I've never invited my girlfriend to a work function, but really that's because I've chosen not to go to them. I love my job, but I don't want my girlfriend getting to know the work side of me though. Maybe your girlfriend feels the same.
Talk to her about it, lay some options on the table and discuss if what I've just said is the reason why as well. Don't be jumping to conclusions, come to sensible answers first.
