Need help condensing a sentence?
Right now, I'm way over the character limit. I need help condensing this sentence as I can't seem to think of any way of condensing it! I think it needs to be restructured to seem more systematic and be easier to read, but I don't know how I could rearrange it.
The sentence:
Moreover, I led in volleyball and journalism, won 3 gold medals in competitive football, came second in the school drama competition and played the drums in the JamOut finals.

Nothing that wrong - try to arrange things logically - academic, sports and then recreation - and cut out the padding. How many characters to you need to get it down to? Otherwise do bullet points:

Jounalism
Volleyball

placed 2nd in school dama contest
drummer in JamOut finals.
You may have to look back through everything else to cut down the number of characters.
