Is it true that men like women that look like their mothers?

Question

Ok. So I'm a guy and I have just recently noticed that most of the girls that I find attractive and are my type look like my mother. Brown hair, curvy figure etc. 
I mean, I'm not attracted to my mum, I just like girls like my mum for as long as I can remember. 
Why is this?  Is it just me or are there others like me too?

When you have a healthy relationship with her, as she is the first woman in your life and her relationships are something you looked up to as a child, you'd generally end up wanting to be with someone like her. Some go for women with a similar personality, and others go for someone physically the similar.

Maybe SOME guys... but I have serious doubts that my Puerto Rican boyfriend's mom was, at any point, blonde haired and blue eyed. But I guess you never know. Maybe she is....
