Software to change the file names on mp3s?
I have a folder of songs i want to rename the meta data on the file is correct but i need a program that will change the song files names based on this. I want the actual file name changed itunes wont do it for me it just labels them inside the software leaving the original file untouched. Is there a software that will change the file name for me?
Yes a program similar to that one thanks is there another?

You can do this in MP3Tag easily (but manually). Load up the mp3 (or folder) into mp3tag, select the mp3 you want to edit and change the file name from within the file name column. You can also do this just by going to the actual folder and changing the file name without using any 3rd party program. Just make sure that when you change the file name that you make sure that the extension does not change. So if you have an mp3 named "youngginsu_flippin.mp3" you want to change it to "YG_Flippin.mp3". If you fail to keep the extension, your mp3 might not work, but windows will tell you this anyways.
