No soreness in right arm after lifting weights?

Ok. So I have started lifting weights about a week ago to gain chest, back and arm muscles. And after every workout, my left arm is really sore and my right feels fine. My right arm is stronger than the left and when I do curls on each arm, I stop until I can't continue which is about 16 on right and 13 on left, so I do as much as I can on both arms. My right arm hurts and feels tensed for about 10 mins and is then fine, whilst my left continues like this.

Why is this?

Do I need to do more on my right? Because I'm worried it wont grow

    lift the same weight on each,come on u cant lift less on 1 arm lol stick to it and ur see a difference after about 1 year. Its a long process!

    Your stronger on your right and you need to do more on your left to balance it out. Had the same problem now im fine.

    maybe you overworked your dominent arm before.. or you might have just tweeked it.
