I don't have dreams anymore?

Please, people take  this questions serious. I don't know what to do really, but I just don't have dreams anymore. No motivation and I feel totally powerless. Out of energy. There's nothing that inspires me anymore somehow. I have many hobbies, like playing music instruments and photography. But I just don't take pictures anymore nor play. I loved that before. But now it's all just gone. It's been like that for 3 month now. What can I do? Please help? Also I always had goals and a plan, dreams, but suddenly it's all so vague. It feels like seeing my own life from outside

If you are genuinely serious, please don't allow this problem to aggravate. Immediately consult a  professionally qualified doctor and take proper treatment. Any delay may further further complicate the issue. I appreciate your frank approach in seeking clarifications.

Make an effort to understand the real purpose of your soul ..... which directly relates to God..

Actually, we are spiritual souls but we are in human body.. we are from spiritual world. God has sent us on the earth...only for self realization.. as our souls are not as pure as, they have to be... So God has given us human life where our body feels happiness as well as suffers pain. Therefore, we souls are here... to achieve... the level of purity..... To become pure soul.... we should make an effort to understand the deeper meaning of unconditional love for all living beings.... in every situation...
