Beinging a teenager myself I do tend to suffer from break outs , my best and quick solution is putting a thick even layer of sudocrem in the affected area's just before I go to bed for a week straight you get fast results ! If you have strong acne keep it up for as long as they clear up , simply wipe your face down with. Cloth gently the next morning to get rid of excess sudocrem, hope I could help :)

    NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL

1/ Never, ever touch your face.

2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.

3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal

4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.

Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.

5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.

6/ Do this for 90 days.

7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a

nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.

Proactive is the most advertised acne products out there. They're even getting paid celebrities to do an infomercial. On the radio, they're giving them away with FREE SHIPPING and a month's supply if you call NOW.

Some anti-acne products causes hair loss. ALL medications have side-effects, beware.

Any kind of facial wash, you're leaving something toxic behind, it's not a matter of convenience, it's a billion dollar business that can do more harm than good to your acne.

Take a shower everyday, use washcloth to exfoliate and bath & body wash. Hydrogen peroxide does wonders for acne. Visit their website for more tips & other uses. ONLY $1.

Acne medication could worsen what ever allergies you have, so instead of trying out one product after another, you're actually spreading it around.

The less products you use, the better for your skin. Use a bath & body wash like Suave, Irish Spring, Dove Body & Face wash in the shower, use a washcloth. Treat your face like the rest of your body, take a shower everyday or wash your face everyday.

The secret is keeping your face clean and oil-free. I also don't use liquid on my face for anything, and very little moisturizer, not even a dime size. Since my face is not dry. Good skin also comes from your good genes. Increase your fresh fruits & vegetables 3-5 servings per day. And programmed your mind to do this day after day, for the rest of your life.

The beauty industry is a billion dollar business, they know acne is everyone's problem, but instead of saying soap is drying for you, they have to invent an acne product that can worsen the skin as MANY TEENAGERS have experienced during hormonal change, but as you get older those are completely a waste of time & money!

Sometimes just the oil on your face from make up and lotions, even from your hair can travel to your face causing acne to come out. Others, from stress, hormones & diet or foods.

Google: FIVE FOODS TO EAT FOR BEAUTIFUL SKIN

All the vitamins & minerals you need for good skin care comes from all the healthy foods you eat from Mother Nature.

If acne's a problem, your pillowcases may be part of the cause. "They collect skin oil, dead skin cells, bacteria, and excess night creams," says David Bank, a professional Dermatology @ Columbia University/New York-Presbyterian Hospital. "But if nothing changed by 6 week the product will never work for you. Time to move on."

Salt Water Cotton Ball Method THis method really works i do it all the time: So, get some cotton balls and a bowl. And fill the bowl with hot water half way and add salt into it so the salt can dissolve. and then add cold water so the water will become warm, make sure the water is salty becasue the key thing here is the salt. Afterwards you have made salt water. So now get the cotton swab and dip it in. And then put the cotton on ur pimple and leave it on for 5 minutes set a timer or something, It may sting just a tiny bit, but its fine. after 5 mintues you will see the pimple shrinking and starting to disappear. if still there you may need to do it several more times it varies on your pimple. Goodluck! it really does work!

Wash your face with a good bar of soap and water morning and night and maybe once in between depending on whether your skin gets greasy or not. Don't use moisturiser every day, maybe every other day otherwise your spots will not dry up and the dark skin cells will be pushed down in2 your skin leading to permanent scarring. Drink plenty of water, preferably warm as many Chinese people do and they have absolutely beautiful skin which doesn't wrinkle easily. Cleanse your face again after washing at night with rose water every other night and all the nights in between, lather on aloe vera gel or aloe vera water. Don't use a facial scrub apart from salt scrubs once or twice a week.

When going out in sun, always use sun cream so doesn't tan your acne and lead to scarring.

When you have acne it’s really important to keep your skin clean and to have a healthy diet, so drink lots of water (and green tea!) and exfoliate once a week (twice if you have oily skin) with a paste of honey, lemon and sugar. For creams to use, look up the Monsia skincare line, they have everything you need to keep your skin clean and to clear and brighten it up. They give you the moisturizer (with sunscreen), toner, cleanser and night repair cream. If you use all that and exfoliate and eat properly then your acne will disappear, I know because that’s what I did.
