I have a tv armoire with missing drawers any ideas?

Well, you have a variety of options, that's for sure! If you have a a drawer that fits the other two you could always measure the dimensions and build new ones, the only problem would be the face of the drawers. You could also just build new faces and glue them to outside to look like there's drawers there, but that would be wasted space, and nobody likes that. Either way, you could paint each of the drawer faces (and the doors to the hutch) a different color or alternating colors so that the mismatch looks more intentional. Get new hardware (the handles/knobs on the doors) in a funky shape- whatever fits your personality, to have a truly unique armoire.

You said your armoire is very nice, so assuming you want to keep it more classic, you could cut out the space between the two drawers and remove the gliders, and hang a nice fabric from two small rods (one at the bottom, one at the top so that fabric is held taut) and you could slide the fabric for access to a large storage area.

You may also chose to install a bottom to the bottom drawer area and attach a glass door. You can buy the hardware to install a swinging glass door at home depot, and just have glass cut to your dimensions.

And of course you could do the two shelves thing :)

Encase the areas and make them shelves. Take out all the drawers and make doors to cover the area.
