Nose bleeding? PLEASE HELP!?

Don't worry , there is nothing to worry about , Im exactly the same as you .i get nose bleeds when its cold. If there's a lot of blood get a tissue and pinch the bridge of your nose and lean Back so the blood cant drip down your nasal cavity. I hope this helps and the cold moves on to other places for your sake and mine haha xx

Its natural after having cold. No need to worry. Tissue get dry inside nose. So blood comes. It will heal naturally in couple of days

Don't worry too much unless its actively bleeding. If it is actively bleed lean forward pinch bridge of nose until it stops. If it doesn't stop ice cubes on either side of the nose bridge and pinch. Its bleeding because your nasal passages are dry.

It could be a sinus infection.. If your nose continues to have bloody mucus and/or blood only, go and see your care physician and he/she may be able to prescribe a antibiotic. (Nose sprays mostly)

ALSO do NOT lean forward if you pinch your nose bridge because it will continue to bleed get the clot and you'll have a good and long nose bleed on your hands. Lean back and pinch. You can even lay flat on your back with your head tiled back.
