Possibly ate some bad bacon how long until I see affects?

Did the package have an old sell-by / use-by date? That doesn't necessarily mean the product has spoiled. Customers often freeze meats and or keep them past their "sell by" dates. It's a tactic used on fresh or easily-spoiled items designed to limit the grocer's liability. For instance, fresh-baked bread may have a sell-by date of the same day the baker produces it, but day-old French bread makes the best French toast and croutons, I think.

If the bacon had a slimy feel to it or smelled funny, you probably would not have eaten it to begin with. When even salt-cured pork goes bad, it's pretty obvious. Take some Pepto Bismol now and maybe you can head off any indigestion at the pass, hm?
