Why Do Republicans Speak Down about The Democrats When They Themselves Do Not Care About People?
I wanna know something. Why is it that Republicans like to talk about what the Democrats are not supposedly doing correctly, when the Republicans themselves do not care about suffrage, people or anything else other than making money and getting power?
Democrats try to help people and make the world a better place. Republicans are all in it for themselves. What will make them powerful. It shows.
So they do not have the right to even speak down about the Democrats because the Republicans themselves do not care about what is more important like the Democrats do, which is helping the poor, fixing this messed up economy, etc.
I have also noticed the Republicans, when they are faced with challenging questions, they like to hide while saying "I am not discussing that." Things like that.
I do not know a lot about politics, but I do know that the Republicans do not care about people, about suffrage. They care about they can get. And they know this. They also know the Democrats are in for something deeper, yet the Republicans act like they can do so much for the economy and for the American people, better than the Democrats, yet, they are in it for themselves.
@ Cptainamer: Since you are so sure I am generalizing, go prove to me a Republican public figure who has tried to help the poor, fixed important issues and tried not to help the rich. Go show me a Republican public figure who was once in dirt but rose and is interested in helping other people who are less fortunate as him/her to get into his/her shoes. I am very confident in my post here, I know what I am talking about and I know what I see.
@ Zaza: I can say the same thing about you being naive about the same thing, I can also say it is showing. Why? Because just because you do not share my views does not make me naive. Come up with a stronger argument. Just like you may think that my post may not show reality and facts, how do I know your views are not correct? Hm? So do not call me naive, since you want to act like you know a lot about Republicans and that they care, prove me wrong instead of calling me naive. 'Cause I can call you the same thing.
@ smsmith500: Republicans help the rich to make them richer as I hear, do they not? Do Republicans not do enough to help the poor? The uneducated? Building schools? Helping the homeless?
You tell me they do charity, okay then, but I am looking for something more!
@ The users: Instead of telling me what I do not know and being offended about my post, why don't you all enlighten me and keep the insults to yourselves? No? Because the answers I have so far are not changing my views.
@ robbie: Just because I have a different view than you does not mean I was standing on my head. If you can not handle someone having a view different than yours, leave the message board.

They talk down to Democrats because they think that is where most democrats are; below them!
They feel they are superior to Democrats and that just because Democrats believe in helping others out they are a burden to our society.

You really don't know too many republicans, we contribute to charities when democrats want to leave it to the government.
Every bit of civil rights legislation since reconstruction has had republican support.
The best social Program in the world is a job, and from what I have seen the democrats have no problem with 9.1% unemployment or the poor.
I face every "challenging question", but what is amusing is that when the answer is given liberals will whine about "racism" or use class warfare to smear anyone that disagrees with the ideas of the welfare State.
When you say you don't know a lot about politics, that's the only part of your statement that could be considered truth.
Funny, last I looked republicans pay taxes, support schools. I am a republican and guess what, I am no where near what liberals consider "rich". We believe in working for a living, not having the money stolen from those who work to give to those that think they are entitled to money.

Democrats want the welfare State. Welfare breeds dependence. Dependence is not productive and denounces the value of the individual. Republicans want small government, a strong work ethic and getting that which is earned and what is deserved. Democrats believe in collectivism whereby a group is controlled by a few. Republicans believe in individualism and independence from collective control. Democrats are not interested in helping the poor. Take a look at the decades of promises by the Democrats to get rid of poverty while making themselves rich. You say you notice a lot but you must be standing on your head while doing so. Republicans want a man to work and earn not beg. Republicans strive for self respect, integrity, work, commitment, not this Democratic handout stuff for a vote.

It shows. You are very naive. I am not surprised that you feel this way. Maybe someday you will understand politics better.

Everyone wants the same things but there are different ideas ti get there. Everyone wants happiness and I say that means non interventionism, sound money, free markets, and civil liberties.

I suppose all those charities created by Republicans/Conservatives means we dont care. We save hundreds of childrens lives thru our hospitals.
