Why the Obama Administration picked the IRS as the one to administer Obama Care. Additionally as you respond and, or think about that ask yourself if this is the possible explanation as to why they want to collect all kinds of data not normally associated with health care during the application process and claims adjudication process.Something to think about, thanks in advance for your thoughtful answers/comments I'll be interested in reading them....

I mean really, I've had some of the most benign questions/statements deleted lately and when I ask for a review they are NEVER approved, and I seriously doubt they even get reviewed. What's your experience, and what the hell can we do about this blatant attack on our First Amendment rights (just kidding trying to make Yahoo answers feel important)...I would however be interested in your opinions/experiences...

Just doesn't seem to make sense to me, I for example would never move to a country that supports Muslim Law, or moral codes. What's are your opinions/thoughts?

Why are we being asked to give up our gun rights because someone commits crimes with theirs?

Answer: not a damn thing.

If someone is found guilty of a crime involving a gun they would be sentenced to a minimum 50 years of imprisonment and not be eligible for parole. This would accomplish two things:

1) Hold the guilty accountable for their actions. ( a good thing)

2) Have no impact on the law abiding citizens rights under the Second Amendment. (another good thing)

If the government, President Obama and crew's real objective is to curtail gun related crimes, as opposed to a covert attack on our Right To Bear Arms this would seem to ultimately accomplish that goal.

As we try and stimulate the economy President Obama is doing an outstanding job of increasing demand for a variety of firearms related items. In his State Of The Union address tonight it is rumored that he will once again call for the Congress, and Senate to take "action" on gun control.If in fact that is the case is he not just motivating concerned citizens to exercise their Second Amendment Rights before he, and his political cohorts by executive order try and limit our access to guns for self defense, and sport??

Just interested in your opinions and, looking forward to our responses....

How do the residents feel about the State not allowing you to own a weapon for your own defense? Has this changed your attitude about your Second Amendment rights? Do you now support the NRA?

When US based oil companies are exporting millions of gallons a day from oil fields located on "Publicly Held Land", and are still receiving subsidies paid by taxpayer dollars.
