Heart beating fast, I am 31 and it feels like my heart is beating faster than normal?
I have had a ECG, chest ex-ray, blood work and a stress test where I was put on a treadmill and they monitored my heart, everything was well, but it seems to me like every time Im trying to relax i notice that my heart feels like its beating faster. I have been drinking Lipton tea, not everyday though. Could this be symptoms of a panic attack or stress?
its more difficult to sleep at night, because im constantly waiting for my heart to slow down.

yes. it likely is. The chance of ALL those tests being incorrect is so ridiculously small as to be silly. Its an even smaller chance that none of them would be picked up as an anomoly by a doctor to get retested.
See, heres the thing about panic: Iti s completely obvious when youre panicing. You know what it looks like and feels like.
I have some simple advice about the heart thing that if you can hold to it, will be hugely useful: There are dozens, hundreds of symptoms for real heart problems. But do you know whats NOT a symptom of heart problems?
Fearing a heart problem that MAY come, in the future. That has never once (except in people with previous heart conditions) been a symptom of a heart problem. It only exists as panic.

you need to work on your adrenals and your thyroid to take care of this issue. You might want to work on your pituitary or pineal gland.
