Dodge Neon SRT-4. Has 240hp and 290 torque. Cheap to upgrade, 4 doors, really fast, has a decent sized trunk to fit groceries in, Decent on gas, turbocharged and it sounds awesome (not the engine the exhaust, its wicked). Not much more you can ask for.
