How do i gain muscle and weight when im skinny?

Ello. I am 15 years old, I weigh 125 pounds, am 5 '10, and a bit on the skinny side.. I just need to gain some muscle and more weight. Any help on routines, supplements and stuff? Also I have extremely skinny calves.. what can i do about that

    There are protein shakes that will help you gain muscle mass (after working out). There are other options that you can use like eggs and the usual foods that are high in protein and can help you out. The important thing is to just keep working out and have a healthy balanced diet.

    Start a workout routine with weight lifting and some sort of cardio exercises.

    For weight lifting, I would try to find a gym somewhere and use the weights there (you can find some good routines with weights if you google it), and do this at least 3 days a week.

    For a cardio workout, you can do a variety of things. You could take up running, swimming, kickboxing, tons of possibilities. Although to fill out your calves more, I would suggest running/jogging.

    When you start working out, your body's going to need a good balance of carbs and protein (carbs to give you quick energy, and protein to repair muscles). Pasta, tortilla chips, and certain cereals are great food for carbs, and eggs, chicken/beef/pork, and yogurt are good sources of protein.

    A good diet of protein and a regular visit to the weight room doing the core lifts. Doing squats will get your calves into shape.
