How can I transform my bedroom into a makeoever type room?

depends on what would you like to do or change in your bedroom. today in my blog i wrote about purple and green calming color make-over. you can check it at http://avexdesign.blogspot.com/ . i would suggest light wall colors , since your bedroom is small keep everything small scaled in the bedroom. use mirrors for a bigger illusioned room and to reflect light. and dont under-estimate proper lighting too. you can also use a blue on white color scheme. since you have white antique, go with the same color on the walls...use white here as an accent ont he walls. like blue walls and white strips. i wouls say go for a different color bedding

spa colors tend to be neutrals and/or beachy colors. so think sand, grass, wood, sea green and white.

I'd go with a seafoam color on the walls. the glass table sounds great. use lots of natural materials like wood, dry flowers or grass, reeds, rocks, pinecones, etc.

get some candles (there are plenty of flamless battery opertated ones out there that are much safer than the tradtional ones), and other unique mood lighting. look for warm lighting, that has a yellwish quality about it. here are some really cool color changing moodl lights: http://www.buycheapr.com/us/result.jsp?ga=us14&q=o...

i'd get some sheer curtains in addtion to some room darkening ones. the sheers will be nice for drawing during the day to diffuse the light.

maybe get some sheers to drap from teh ceiling over/around the bed?

maybe pick up a copy of spa magazine for some ideas?
