Yes - my cousin works at the Airport pushing wheelchairs for the less mobile from the terminal to the plane.

Yes we flew from Bristol last month to Sharm-El-Sheikh,Egypt and my father-in-law had wheel chair acces through the terminal to the plane, make sure you contact them first though!
