how to gain my flexibility back?

I used to go gymnastics since I was 6 then I quit when I was 11. I was very good I could do back flips and summer-salts ETC . I now go dancing instead . I practise there Twice a week. I do a little gym there but not as much as i done at gym like I do bridges and I want my flexibility back xxx please help xxx p.s. im now 13 xx

    Try learning Yoga. It is good for keeping and improving your flexibility as well as your health and circulation.

    It is almost the same story with me ! I started when I was six and I quit when I was 10. But instead I was in cheer. I am now 13 and I used to do a split all the way down. But then when I tried I couldn't do it anymore. So I practice everyday for like week and I can do it again all the way down and I can like stretch foward even though my legs are long. So just keep practicing and you will eventually be able to do it.
