I can't put my eye contacts in? somebody help?

I bought these eye color changing contacts and their brand name is Look At Me COLOR. i understand to pull back both eye lids and have the contact on the tip of your index finger, but ever time i put the contact on my eye, my eyelashes blink. and it's very uncontrolled. I want to know how to fix this problem because i don't want to just have wasted 25 dollars.

I remember when I started using contacts 2 years ago and couldn't get them in. I will just tell u what my eye doctor told me. Wash your hands with soap and water and then open ur eye by pulling down on the lower lid and up on the upper lid and then turn ur eye to the left or right and then just touch the WHITE part only with ur finger. Do not touch any part except the white part. If u touch the colored part it will hurt and it's not safe. So just touch the white part a few times and u should be able to get the contacts in after a little bit of doing that.
