Anyone know some party games for adults?

Question

I'm hosting a party for people ages 20-30 who are also allowed to bring their children. It is a birthday party for one of the 20-30 age group members and the theme is Minnie Mouse.

I need some fun party games and prizes for the adults since kid games are easier to come up with. Remember there will be children present and most of the adults are female so nothing too racy.

Please don't make fun of the theme, we're doing this as a way to appeal to the fact that she's still a kid on the inside no matter how old she gets. Thanks.

As adults we played this (and kids can do, too): Stocking & Potato game>>

Have 2 teams: give each team a pair of pantyhose and a potato and a ping pong (or other small ball). They're supposed to drop the potato in one leg while tying the remainder of hose around their waist. Potato hangs down in front. On go..players have to sway their hips back & forth to hit the ball that's on the ground with the potato to a "finish line" (that you've taped off on the floor). Have them race back and let next person go. 1st team done, wins. (Make prizes small bag of chips or something for "potato").

Young kids can do a "sweep a balloon to the finish line" game.

Balloon game: Have 2 teams...give each team their own color and get a balloon in that color for each player. On go...teams hit their balloons in the air and object is to knock down all opponent's color while keeping all your own team's color in the air. When a balloon falls to ground, it's out of play. Last color remaining claims winning team.

Have kids play "duck, duck, goose" but use instead "Mickey, Mickey, Minnie" for the game.

You can play games in a balloon-bursting.As I am an active girl in twenty , I know that this game is actually fun for us young ladies. You can tie the balloon to the foot.Accompanied by cheerful music,everyone will feel excited and this game can also remind them of their childrenhood.Hope you will have fun in your party.

OK, put a lot of empty bottle on the floor in a random order. Tell the host to walk around them blindfolded trying not to knock down a bottle. Blindfold her. Turn around couple times to disorientate, then ask to go. Very, very quietly remove all the bottles and watch her straddle on an empty floor!!! Very funny!

Taboo is a fun game or anything like charades,  interactive games. As for the prizes hhhmmmmm......check out your local Dollar store... You can get loads of stuff there, candles, scrapbook stuff, paints wooden boxes. Nail polish ect...
