Need advice on my situation please!?

Question

Ok so theres this girl that used to like me, I know this because she was asking if ill goto prom with her this June and then I asked her. But she didn't really give me a yes/no answer. I know that she liked me though, that was back at the end of January. And on valentines day I gave her a card and she said it was really cute.

But here's the thing. We've both been busy and we don't really see each other at school anymore. Whenever I see her in the halls, I just say hi or hey and that's pretty much it. So texting every now and then, but when we do its not that much anymore.

Now, usually it either means the girl isn't interested, or shes just become really shy because I haven't opened up or anything. I'm really on the fence 50/50 but I wanna tell her tomorrow how I feel legit. What is the problem here? Is she just too shy now because I haven't said anything or made any moves after that?!

Pleaseeee answer any advice would be great, thanks in advance

she probably has just decided to chill with it because she doesnt want to feel rejected (she may have taken the not seeing/talking that much as a sign that it just wasnt gunna happen).  If you told her your feelings for her straight up and asked if she'd like to hang out outside of school you would probably reignite her interest in you :) be sweet!

well i believe she does like yu but tis is what you need to know about women...they liked to be chased. you have to tell her how you feel and show her you really like her. i imagine she is feeling the same way you are feeling as u described in your question. it makes a women feel good when a man is the one asking her to prom.you need to jump at the oppertunity she is probably waiting because maybe she is not sure u like her so she doesnt want to feel stupid if you dont so i say show her and good luck i hope it helps

I just think she is shy. She probably doesn't know what to say to you. Just tell her how you feel. It will be good.

I think because you havent made a sign of liking her before means she has been starting to look for other guys but yea if u tell her how you feel then it isnt impossible for her to work back to you and end up dating u. ask her before someone else does confidence is the key. go up to her and tell her how u feel about her do it asap before she goes with some one else.
