Where's the mother of all speed bumps?

Can't help you with the speed bumps.

What I hate are those "one way spike strips" that some places have. You can drive over them in one direction, but if you are heading the othe way, they puncture your tires.

For some odd reason, the hospital near my home has them for their parking garage. I am thinking, it's not like you're trying to prevent terrorists from getting into the garage through the exits are you? They just have it to make sure that everyone pays the small fee/fare as they enter.

I talked to someone that saw a doctor actually ruin 4 good tires on his Mercedes-Benz when he was called in to do emergency surgery. He just wasn't thinking and tried to go in through the exit. Four flat tires.

They used to have really bad ones in Belfast outside police stations - as well as being big they were laid diagonally. Took off my sports car exhaust, even when driving at walking speed. Not sure if they still have them.
