Is there a website where you can search for a person's criminal background for FREE?

There are many sites that say it is free, but after going through the process you end up having to pay. I know I've been able to do this before without having to pay. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

i live in maryland so i just google maryland judiciary case search so im thinking you can google the same thing just put the name of your state instead....it shows you all the cases for that person open and closed and the results of the case

not one of the internet websites r loose they are going to cost u and u have 2 connect the region 4 a value. no longer till some a million else is regularly occurring with of something i attempted 2 get a email 4 some a million and that they charged me after telling me it grow to be loose.
