Wieviel Urlaubstage bei 120€ Basis?

1. das Bundesurlaubsgesetz gilt für alle Arbeitnehmer

2. auch Menschen in geringfügiger Beschäftigung sind Arbeitnehmer

3. geringfügige Beschäftigung ist ein Job bis 400 Euro, die 120 sind also darin enthalten

4. das Bundesurlaubsgesetz gibt einen Mindesturlaub von 24 Tagen bei der 6 Tage Woche

Das sind also 20 Tage bei der 5 Tage Woche

5. Pro Tag wird so viel bezahlt, wie an einem Arbeitstag. Hier also 2 Stunden

6. Pro vollem Beschäftigungsmonat gibt es 1/12 Jahresurlaub ab 1.3.2010 berechnet sind das 10/12.

20 UT : 12 Monate = 1,66 x 10 = 16,666 = 17 UT.

7. Ergebnis Sie haben 17 UT frei in denen Sie 17 x 2 Stunden Urlaubsentgelt bekommen werden.

Konnte der Urlaub in 2010 nicht genommen werden, muss er bis 31.03.2011 genommen werden. Sonst verfällt er.

Also entweder nehmen oder vor dem 31.03. auszahlen lassen.

Bei 120 e ist es genau so wie bei 400€. Die stehen 4 Wochen Urlaub zu a 2 Std Arbeit.

du bekommst deinen Urlaub bezahlt wie deine Arbeitszeit also 5 Tage a2 Stunden.

das heist es ändert sich nichts an der anzahl der Tage die auch deine Vollzeitkolegen bekommen.

Jedem, der arbeitet, steht auch bezahlter Urlaub zu. Egal wie viel er verdient oder wie viel Stunden er arbeitet.

Du musst hochrechnen wie viel du in deinem Job bekämst, wenn du Vollzeit arbeitest. Das ist ja in jeder Sparte anders, bzw kommt auch auf das Alter an.

Angenommen in deiner Sparte bekäme man 20 Tage Urlaub im Jahr.

Du arbeitest 10 Stunden die Woche. Normal sind 40. Also 20 durch 4 teilen, dann bekämst du 5 Tage Urlaub. Um es genau zu sagen, müsste man deinen Beruf wissen bzw. wie viel Urlaub die Vollzeitkräfte bei euch bekommen.
