Question about mechanical drawing in ASME Y14.5 standards?
In an assembly drawing, there are parts that are going to be fastened together. To do so it seems they will be using a bolt of some sort. Well on the drawing next to the indication of the holes, theres a symbol I'm not too sure of. It is only there when the hole does not break through the part to the other side. For example, it reads 6X (diameter symbol) 0.89 (downward arrow symbol with perpendicular line at the top) 0.205. So I'm basically wondering what this is stating? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Also, does a drawing have to all be in the same significant figures to follow these standards?

It sounds like the intent is six blind holes that are 0.89 units in diameter and 0.205 units deep.
As for the second question, there should be a tolerance schedule at the bottom of the drawing for the situations where the tolerances are not explicitly called out. On that schedule, the tolerances for two digit precision and three digit precision dimensions will be provided.
