Is it ok for a woman to hit a man.?

Well, I know though my wife she would not hit me- but to answer your question though it is wrong for the man to hit the female back yes, he should have just walked away and left it alone is what should have happen. From the sounds of it there were a lot more hitting going on just because he could not just walk away. The man should not have ever hit her back in anyway though he should have walked away and left at that. No both are wrong here, but if the man hits her back thats even more wrong because he is taking advantage of being a man and it is not manly to hit a woman!

It is never right for a man or a woman to hit each other. Violence is never the answer. Some women think if a man hits a woman it is abuse, if a woman hits a man it is okay. It is never okay. I think a woman who hits a man should be charged and go to jail just like a man does for hitting a woman.

Nobody has the right to hit anybody. It's abuse whether it's a man or woman doing the hitting. In the situation that you describe I believe that a man has a right to defend himself but that doesn't necessarily mean he has to hit her back. The best thing to do is walk away. If you must, push her away or restrain her until the cops get there.

This is how I feel about fighting overall whether its a man vs woman, man vs man etc...You have the right to defend yourself. You do not have the right to beat the crap out of somebody just because you can-even if you think they deserve it. It's too easy to lose complete control.

It is wrong for both to hit each other. A man must never hit a woman, and being a woman does NOT give her the perogative to hit a man either. It is still considered Abuse for both parties.

In a case of self defense its ok for a woman to hit a man, and in no case is it ok for a man to hit a woman, unless its a matter of life or death, but for the most part , men should not hit women, unless its in the bedroom and someone is yelling "whose your daddy", but other than that, no.

Man is wrong for hitting a woman back. Why? Cuz you are a man. If you hit a woman you are not even close to a man kind.

to be in any relationship you need maturity, trust and love.there is no reason to be in a relationship if you do not have any of this.

a woman should not hit a man, and the man shouldn't hit her back. if your in a relationship you should be mature enough to talk rather go to violence. if you love them, then you respect them, and that goes both ways, you cant disrespect someone and hurt them by hitting them. abuse is abuse, even if it comes from a woman
