My system uses Athlon 635 x4 @ 2.9ghz with 4gb ddr3 ram, one hdd. I use 2 x nvidia 9600gsos too.
Which PSU from my list should i get and why that one?

Processor draws less than 100W. 9600 GSO SLI consumes less than 200W. The rest of your system would consume less than 100W. I bet that your set up will never hit 450W on wall socket even if you overclock. So even the 600W PSUs on your list would be quite overkill. For the the sake of possible future upgrades, I would pick any of the 600W OCZ unit on your list.
