how to install norton?
A few months back, my computer starting really going bad. I updated and installed Norton, but in the end, the computer was totally shot and I had to get a new one. Now, I'm trying to figure out how to but the Norton that I paid for (a year's subscription) on this computer. The email that I received from them was on the old computer, so I don't have a product code or anything. Any ideas?

dont install norton it sucks.
install AVG anti-virus it is free and it is efficient.

To install norton, you will have to look for *.exe file in * represents any file name thus just look for notin icon with .exe at the end then you will have to double click that icon.
Then the installation will begin.
My person advise, norton eats lots of the RAM in your computer and thus if you only have 1GB RAM and you are running Vista, you are going to have big issues where vista takes lots of RAM too. so if Norton + Vista come together you are going to have a running PC or Laptop but not Fast as you wished to be. My Advice, install AVG Free edition or you can purchase , you can also search for Avast anti virus which is also free or if you are running XP, or other Windows Operating System try to install Windows Security , its Windows Official software so its quiet safe.
