Pumping up a football. How much?

Hi I want to pump up my football, but I dont know how much pressure it needs. On the ball it says "Inflate 11-13lbs" but I dont have a manometer to measure the pressure.

Does anyone know how I can check if there is enough air inside?

    put pressure on the ball and if it sinks like a tempure pedic bed or something than you need more air. just keep pumping it until it gets hard enough and it won't sink when you put pressure in it.
