I can't open the sifto salt shaker i just bought?

I feel stupid haha..but anyways I bought a Sifto-brand salt shaker (one that comes with salt already in it). But I can't figure out how to open it?! The top doesn't twist or pop off, and I can't poke hole's in the top because it's plastic? I don't get it so any help would be appreciated haha I kind of need this salt.

    If you purchased Sifto table salt in the 250g round can twist white plastic top until you see the perforated area. You can then push it into the salt using the tip of any kitchen untensil and your salt will pour.
