Is the EPA In Charge of Our Economic Future?
Do we as a Nation who elect our Representatives really want a bunch of unelected Bureaucrats in charge of what we can do, when we can do it and how much it will cost if we go against the guidelines (restrictions) as designed by these unelected Bureaucrats (with all their red-tape) when it comes to our own property, our liberty, our right to breathe and most of all our Right to exist?
Sad - Please give examples of actual EPA policies that have protected or prevented destruction in the environment>>>I have not seen any PREVENTION enacted by the EPA, in the current disaster that is affecting the Gulf coast shoreline...all I have seen is hemming and hawing and pointing fingers....otherwise if the EPA had been doing their job NO oil would have ever reached the shores................
No - the EPA has taken it upon themselves to bypass Congress by making "greenhouse regulations" so it extreme that it will cost each and everyone just to breathe if Congress does not man-up...the EPA left unchecked will ruin the economy of America once and for all.

With the EPA declaration that CO2 is a Toxin their regulation of CO2 will bankrupt the USA.

Destroying America with the EPA's Carbon Lies

I am assuming that you are referring to the coming version of "Cap and Trade" that these unelected, utopian visioned, socialist loving bureaucrats have threatened to enforce if Congress doesn't enact some sort of Cap and Tax scam.
Based on the Supreme Court ruling "Massachusetts v. EPA" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Massachusetts_v._Envi... the EPA is authorized by the powers of the "Clean Air Act" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clean_Air_Act) to regulate Carbon Dioxide. But... a reading of the ruling also mentions that if CONGRESS "updates" the act to specify that there is no EPA authority to regulate carbon dioxide, then they (EPA) can't enact the tripe the are proposing.
But, of course, it is hard to find a politician that will have the guts to update that legislation to prevent them from controlling our home electricity usage. The environmental kooks would be out in the streets claiming (lying) that that legislator supports killing the environment.
So, the upcoming November election is even more important. When you consider who to vote for, find out what there stance is on updating the Clean Air Act. The more people we elect in this nation who will do what is right, the better chance we have of stopping the draconian measures proposed both in Congress AND by unelected bureaucrats

Yes, the unelected and completely unaccountable EPA IS now our OWNER because 100% of Democrats demand it be so.
You will find replies from Democrat voters who ACTUALLY BELIEVE there was no environment before the EPA, that existence itself sprang into being in the 1970s when the EPA was created. It takes just that sort of "special" mind to believe - as all elected Democrats claim - that the fundamental building block of all known life-forms is in fact a toxic pollutant that needs to be scoured from the planet.
