I'll be living in Seoul for 3 months; what are some things I should to do/see?

Any recommendations for places I should go or things I should do? I'll be living there all of this summer. I've studied Korean for 2 years, so language shouldn't be too much of a problem.

Thanks!

Update:

I'm looking for suggestions beyond the basic tourist attractions. As in, what are some cool things to do that aren't usually known to the average person holding a travel guidebook?

I am a foreigner living in Seoul for almost two years and honestly the best thing to do is to travel the subway and explore a little, just randomly stopping where different lines connect (like Hapjeong, 5 and 2 line). I like to be outside and love basketball so I explore the city looking for basketball courts and games Youido Park and ferries along the Hangang river are nice. Dongdaemun has nice shopping as does apujeong. Digital city on 6 line or Guro if you like electronics too.

Oh, you got to do a temple stay. Check out www.templestay.com

But best is getting out of seoul. I have been to Bogildo Island, Jinju, Mokpo, Haenam, Namhae, Busan, Daegu.....etc. The Nambu Bus Terminal on line 2 will take you litterally anywhere in Korea. Jump on a bus and check out the mountains (Op San in Daegu, Jerisan near Jinju or Gungmisan near Yangpyeong 1 hour outside of Seoul.), beaches (Busan is the best but there are many others) and rice patties littered throughout the countryside. I was able to help in a rice patty for 3 hours to learn about it. If you speak Korean well the rural residents will be very curious about you. LOL

    Good luck

As a child, I always went to Yeouido Park with my grandparents to ride the bicycles and eat ice cream. We would visit 63 Building afterwards and walk through the aquarium (and use the underground swimming pool, when it was still there).

You should buy Korean crackers from the street vendors (the cylinder ones with holes in them are great :D) and drink lots and lots of hibiscus juice. Seven Springs is a pretty nice restaurant as well.

(Everything I mentioned is in Yeouido. Hope this helps!)

Honestly, just get out of Seoul and se some of the countryside. Go to Seoul Station, hop on a train and go somewhere south to one of the smaller towns. Get yourself a yeogwan and explore that little town and meet some people.
