Having the ability to do as I please as long as I do not interfere with those around me.
Having the ability to make my own judgments based on risk assessment without having to worry that some law has been passed to protect me from myself.
Knowing that if I make a bad decision, there will be no one there to bail me out and those that I have harmed in any way will have to made whole by my own hand.
No, we no longer have that in America-too many laws for "my own good".
