bully help in school?

i need some help/encouragement/ advice.
1 kid at school is so intimidating. and i am his target. he is about the same height as me. We are both in 8th grade and idk what to do. i told the teacher and did quite nothing. i really want to do something that is affective. I am 100% opposite of physically fighting. i never got in a real fight and i am in 8th grade. he is very not affraid of ANYTHING. seriously. it is really starting to affect my thoughts. I just want to kick his balls to hell but I just cant. It is very hard to just even say something. when he stairs at me, i look away. guys, please help thanks

Jay McGraw , the son of phil mcgraw, from www.drphil.com , has written a book on bullies and how to deal with them...........if you can avoid him untilll you get the help you need that might be best....
I think it would be difficult not to fight back, but i hear you.........adn yourteachers have failed you.......
you have to talk to the school counselor, the principle or tell all your teachers..........they are suppose to help you in these matters and if they dont it makes them liable........which means you can sue them...........and they dont want that......
but, go to the drphil site and talk to others there, get the book and maybe you could even ask his son to visit your school ,a nd help get an anti bullying campaign going there......
your teachers are obligated to help you..............
If worse comes to worse, fight for yourself , and dont lose..........

I am a girl but ive ha a bully before in 8th grade. I told the guidance councelor, i know it seems like a wimpy thing to do but it really isnt no one has the right to make you feel less of a person. If you want someone to talk to you can email me my email is idk8484@aim.com.

My son was about to go to a middle school that had gang problems,We moved !

if he is just staring at you and talking **** let him,
who cares? obviously he dosnt just talk about you. 
so dont worry he will never havereal friends
and he probably has physical abuse at home
he was raised that way, you wernt 
obiously so keep your chin held high

i wouldnt worry about him, let him loo at u, let him talk about u, he wants ur attention, DONT GIVE IT TO HIM. laugh love life and do ur own thing, dont even pay attention to the idiot unless u touches u, then u can do wat uve been waiting for, and hit him in the ******* balls
