my bestie sent me a txt last night asking me do i like her?

BE CAREFUL!!! I've been there before. Sometimes we get confused about our feelings for each other when it's a guy/girl BFF. We get our friend feelings mixed up with real feelings. It's hard to tell them apart, you get a lil jealous when he starts talking about a new girl and you dont really understand why. I think it's a mixture of love for ur bestie and wanting to protect them and thinking that since u 2 have a great time together, he/she needs someone like you..and who better than you, than YOU! lol. I say go for it if u feel it's real, after all..we are just a bunch of strangers giving you advice on your situation. You know the relationship u have with your besite better than any of us. So, think about it hard and long, and have a convo with her explaining this huge risk you are willing (i hope) to take. Hope it all works out!

I would say that a clear sign thats shes going through a depression of some sort, shes starting to feel that the people who love her dont really like her.

Reassure her that you not only like her but love her to bits and if she needs to talk to you about anything your here for her, ask her the reason she asked this question and she may open up and give you the answer.
