What should my bff do in this situation?

Okay, she has been going out wit this guy 4 at least a yr now...She said the relationship started of good but then they started seeing other ppl will they were in the relationship, and now she just found out that he only calls her when he isn't talking to those other girls...I care and love my bff with all my heart and i don't want to see her heart broken again... So what should she do in this situation brake up wit him herself or should she call me when he calls her and i tell him that she wants to dump him??....What would u do in this situation

    call other freind and ask them. im bi, so u i probably would come straight up witht ehg uy and tell him how i feel. and tell him if he dont change im leaving him
