What is your favorite foreign music? (Nothing American :/)?

Also LaFee, Peter Fox, Tokio Hotel, some of Cinema Bizarre, and etc.

But I'm getting a lil' bored only listening to these guys :/ 

So any suggestions? (It would be helpful if you added a link to the song you like, and if you say what country they're from/what language they sing in)

Example:

Miyavi is from Japan, and he sings in Japanese.

Cinema Bizarre is from Germany but they sing in English

Tokio Hotel is from Germany and they sing in German and English

My favourite foreign musician is a guy called Toumani Diabate. He's from Mali. Doesn't sing, just plays the kora. "Cantelowes" is his best tune. It sounds stunning.

I like tunes by an English guy called Scuba, who is now based in Berlin. No singing involved, but his productions are intense. "Klinik" is a great tune, although Youtube doesn't really do the bassline justice.
