Is it possible to be an undergraduate at one school and a graduate student at another?
Can I get a bachelor's degree for a specific major at one college and then get a Master's for the same major at a different school?

Not at the same time, but consecutively yes. Indeed it's encouraged to get graduate degrees at other schools - just gives you a range of experiences vs. being locked into one particular school's way of thinking.

Yes. It's possible to earn a bachelors degree from one school and then earn a masters from another. People do it all the time.

Yes. It happens all the time. In fact, in some fields it is preferred for students not to get their masters at the same university they got their bachelor's at.
When I read the headline, I thought you were going to ask if you could be an undergrad at one, and a grad student at another, at the same time.

That is the normal process. Few students get their masters at the same school.

just to mix things up....you could even go to a community college for two years, then finish your undergrad work at another university, and end up at a third school for a grad degree.
Just talk with the counslers in the school ahead...to be certain the credits transfer
