Help me with my life! Can anyone?

I've been feeling terrible these days. Recently my exams got over and had hoped I'll feel better when they do but no I'm still as sad as before.

The main problem is I don't know what's wrong with me. There is nothing I should feel bad about. I've never been like this before. In past if I used to feel anything bad then I could regain my mood by listening to music, hanging out with friends but now it's not possible.

Is it because of PC? My day starts with PC and ends with PC. Even if I decide to avoid PC then to I can't. Don't wanna go anywhere, don't wanna do anything...

Everything around is going fine. Still what's the thing that's killing me? and it's not the fear of exam results my exams were very good...

Please help me. I can't suck it up more!

As ignorant to your condition as others are, I have been through Depression and that is a bright neon sign saying you have it. Withdrawal is one of the most common signs. I urge you to see your doctor, don't brush it off and 'suck it up' as you said, see someone. It really does help!

If it was as easy as getting up on the right side of the bed, the world's mental health doctors would all suddenly be unemployed!

When you have depression, it's a huge chore to see people, and do all that phony laughing and smiling.

See someone, you will not regret it.

    Luck xx

I'm assuming by "PC" you mean your computer right?

If that's the case, you just need to get off the thing, and make the choice to get out. Go run, walk, swim, something. Physical activities will help. One of my best friends used to be very deep in depression, and then we started running together. Now he's up to running 10 miles a day and his depression has pretty much disappeared. You just need something to do to help your brain refocus on things other than "the norm."

I don't know what your eating habits are like, but I would also recommend changing your eating habits to eating healthier if at all possible.

Between more physical activity, eating healthier and perhaps being a little more social, you'll start feeling better in no time!

    Good luck!

Everybody's different, and the main advice I can give you is to try talking to someone you trust about this, or to someone like a guidance counsellor.

However, if you can determine approximately when you started feeling down then you could try analysing what changed around that time, and if the PC is the main difference try banning yourself from it.

Whilst talking to people or mucking around online or gaming is fun and seems like what you want to do, often what you want and what you need are two different things.

It sounds as though you are suffering with depression. See a doctor very soon, before it really takes hold
