What is the different about spanking, slaping, hiting children?

Well im English so ill tell you

1. Spanking is when you physically use your hand or a belt and hit them on their butt

2. Slapping is when you physically use your hand and "slap" them across the face

3. Hitting is when you physically use your hand and "punch them" in the face or anywhere else on the body

Slapping means to hit someone in the face with an open hand. Spanking is the same, except it's on the buttocks instead of the face. Hitting can mean just about anything, depending on how it's used.

spanking is repeated open handed (using the palm) strikes and on the bottom (butt).

(used for disciplining children) (some times adult.. but that's more sexual though)

slapping is usually an open handed striking (with the palm), usually once but it can be anywhere. slap on the wrist, slap the face, slap in the back of the head, ( discipline but more out of anger, especially if the strike is to the face or head.)

getting back handed is like slapping but with the back of the hand.

hitting can be closed or open handed with or with out an object on any part of the body...( is usually out of anger/rage)

I think spanking is on the butt, slapping is on the cheek and hitting can be anywhere.
