Should I stay in this club?PLEASE HELP!!!!?

Do you genuinely want to help kids having difficulties? And, are you willing to learn from the experience? Are you willing to learn to deal with negative behavior from kids who are having a difficult time? Are you willing to take on work in which you may have to deal with challenges and learn something about yourself - but may also be very rewarding?

instead of joining a club, join a troop of girl scouts

Hey i was a girl scout for 10 years, i got my bronze silver and gold award

in order to do this i had alot of community service done where we worked with choc hospital (many many occasions) and read to those inside, we donated to Salvation Army, and helped sort clothes (back aching but...kinda fun, you can take some stuff that you find vintagey), and we do carwashes for fund raising

There are camps that take you to england, lake tahoe in cali, and so so so much more

It's not jsut selling cookies and being a good christian kid (which i am not, im nonreligious) but there are aLOT of fun things to do

btw, a gold award is an award that takes 4 years to complete, from freshman year to senior year in highschool, and it is absolutely superb on the college transcript

Do it only because you want to help someone and possibly learn a thing or two about something new. If you're shallow enough to believe your friend, and are only doing it for how it can benefit you, then volunteer at a place where you don't need to interact with people not as good as yourself.

i think that u should join it because u would be a friend to them, and help them. you would feel nice the u are helping them. don't think it feels horrible. just try it cause u are helping and u are getting credit for it. if it is good on ur college application, go for it!
