everytime i go to the stair way all i get is "diamond heights"

On Wednesday I saw a girl going down the stairs, my room is right above the stairs, and i swear i saw her...I'm the only girl in this house, her legs were all i saw, they were shaven and dripping with water, but when I looked over, she was gone! (i saw her with preferal vision)
