if you stop and think about it, we've already been experiencing things of this sort for many years now in one form or another.all one has to do is read any publication, watch news shows or any of the daily morning shows, read posts here on Y!A, and no matter how much you try to present a Q &/or A, somebody is going to take offense to it. case in point...here is Q from yesterday....i personally felt it was a valid question worthy of debate....

One was trying to get rid of communist and the other is trying to get rid of Capitalists.

brackets are mine for emphasis...with this kind of thinking, there is now nothing that can be asked or said that would not fall into the parameters of your question. hate crime laws are nothing more than control of thought and speech for the offended. hate crime laws in and of themselves are totally "uncontitutional" due to the fact that they favor one group or people more than any other which is "discrimination" in it's simplist form. our one hope is that someone will take this to the SCOTUS for review and put an end to this travasty once and for all. btw, i wonder.....if angela is the one the government determines can't use her free speech one day after we warned people like her, i figure it would be "her kind" that mounts an "insurrection" !!!!

It's here already. Here in Y/A, here in America, everywhere. The only people being discriminated against are the conservative christians. It happens and people get away with it. Many conservative's answers are deleted yet some of the lib's hateful answers against christians are not deleted. Why?
