go to your computers model website (ex HP,Acer) what ever it is, go to Support, and download the driver for your model computer. (ex: Hp Pavillion dv6000)
your missing the sound driver, not a big issue.

You need sound drivers and other drivers as well I believe.
Go to the manufacturer's website(i.e. if its an HP computer go to hp.com etc) and download the drivers for your computer!

Go to the vendors web site and download the driver for the audio. And install it.

You have to check if your sound drivers are installed. If there not you need to get them. If you are not sure what your coundcard is you can use http://www.filehippo.com/download_everest_home/ to get a detailed list of all your system specs..find your soundcard and go to there website and download the needed driver.
