I was trying to take an online survey through SwagBucks (a trusted source), but McAfee site adviser says opinionconnect.com poses a security risk. However Site Adviser doesn't provide any further detail on this.

My computer keeps requesting to run jucheck.exe, and online i keep seeing that if it's in the java folder it's safe and if it's in system 32 its a virus. Mine was in my internet files tmp folder. (Also, when I said no to the request, it asked me again immediately and wouldnt stop popping up until I hit yes).

I'm trying to install Windows 7 64 bit (Pro) OS on a laptop currently running XP 32 bit (XP Pro 32bit SP3).

I downloaded the installer from Microsoft (.ISO) and burned it to a DVD, and set BIOS to boot from the disk; but when I boot up my laptop, it reads the disk (I can hear it), then moves on and boots up XP.

I can't think of any other ways to fix this, and all the forums I've waded through tell me to do things I've already tried.

I'm planning to write a sort of augmented reality webcam app (for Windows), and I'm wondering which coding language would best suit this type of project.

I just purchased a Compaq Presario v3000, and am looking for a docking system with multiple display outputs (preferably), but all I can find are docking stations for v2000 and v4000.

So I'm coding a web page, and what i want to do is make it so that when you click a link, the video will open in VLC player (i.e. not embedded). For now I'm just using it on my own comp, so it doesn't need to be streamed or anything, if that matters
