Try the works of Kisaragi Gunma, Yamatogawa and Shiwasu no Okina. They're relatively softcore I think.
These are relatively clean..

I recommend going to the site Fakku.net. You can always find something with drawing styles you like on it. A lot of the manga can be viewed online.
My favorite of the soft core genre though has to be, The Calm After The Rain Is Like Love. Trust me and try this one out ^_^
