Need help with address in Macedonia!?
Hello,
I have got to send a letter to somebody in Skopje (Macedonia), but I'm not sure if the specification of the address is correct. I only want to be sure that the letter will arrive to the recipient.
The address is the following:
Ul. Name Surname
br XX-X
1000 Skopje (Makedonija)
Of course instead of "Name Surname" there will be the real name. And instead of XX-X there will be numbers.
But is this enough? This br XX-X seems strange to me.

The address is correct.
ul. stands for street
br stands for #
if it is a house then it would have a single number
in your example, the person you are mailing to lives in an appartment.

br. 24 - 2 (that means that you are sending to a recipient who lives in a builiding that has two main entries, at the apartment nr. 24).

In order to avoid any confusion, you should write the official name of the country FYROM instead of Macedonia which is the northern region of Greece.
